Waking With The Band

Most know that irritating sound: that malicious morning alarm clock .

In a 2010-2011 school year with a 7:45 AM 1st hour start, CHS Marching Band members wake up while the sun’s still down. On Thursday, September 2nd, Explorer photographer Shea Van Atta (11) woke with the band.

September 2nd-4:30 a.m. (snooze). 4:35 (snooze). 4:40… “Seriously?! Why get up this early?” 4:45 “Ugh.” 4:50. “Alright. Alright. I’M UP!”

Visions exhibit ends showing at Scottsdale Center for the Arts

Visions hand selects certain artists at our school who get to work with and be mentored by professional artists. Coronado Vision students have the honor of displaying their artwork in the exhibition “Text Messages” found at the Scottsdale Center of the arts gallery.
