New updates announced regarding school construction

As phase two of the 2016 Coronado Bond project continues, updated timelines of certain renovations and construction have been announced.
The demolition of “B” building is to begin in January, following the completion of the abatement process.
Starting mid-April, the track will be redone with a new turf while improvements will also be made to the football field. These renovations are expected to be completed around August of the 2019-2020 school year.
Construction of the new field house will take place from January of 2019 through September of 2019.
The parking lot currently being built along T-bird alley is expected to be ready for use in November. The parking lot being constructed next to Cloudview Park will be completed during December.
A sand volleyball area will also be built, but dates are yet to be determined.
Looking ahead, new tennis courts complete with lighting will be constructed. These renovations will be completed during the 2021-2022 school year.
