The Coronado JROTC retired the American flag in honor of veterans day on November 14. 

They put up the new flag on November 15. They did this because the current flag posted in front of A building was in a degrading condition.

When they took down the flag, they will folded it, and honored it t0 principal, Dr. Angela Reyna. 

Veterans Day is all about commemorating the veterans and appreciating their hard work and dedication to their country, family, and friends.

In honor of Veterans Day and the flag ceremony, Dr. Reyna, admin, MCJROTC, and student council held a retreat ceremony, where they retired the flag. It happened on Tuesday, November 14 at 4:15pm, in front of A building.

They held the ceremony Wednesday, November 15 at 7:50 am, where they put up the new flag.

There will also be a Veterans Day celebration Wednesday, November 15. It will be a celebration and a Reveille ceremony at 8:00 AM in the school library located in C building.
